Liamna Pestana Roche is a Cuban-American musician, classical guitarist, and early music specialist. Her work spans a diverse range of plucked string instruments, including classical guitar, Renaissance and Baroque guitars, vihuela, lute, oud, Cuban tres, and more. She is also a trained soprano and has performed with vocal and instrumental ensembles across Cuba, Mexico, Argentina, Sweden, and the United States.

As founder and director of the ensemble Cantiga Armonica, she led performances at major early music festivals throughout Latin America and Europe. Her achievements as a concert guitarist include awards at festivals and competitions in Cuba and Mexico.

A passionate scholar, Liamna has lectured and published on topics in historical musicology and Novohispanic repertoire. Her discography includes several recordings with Segrel and Cantiga Armonica. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) in Classical Guitar Performance at the University of Miami.
